General Information:
Greetings!
Please be informed that Fourth Day Joint prayer meeting 6 (Six) prayer Groups together (Name M1, A2, A4, TCA1, Electra & Khalidiya) will be held on 19th Oct 2023, Thursday @ 7.30 Pm at Mussafah Church.
Different than the usual pattern, this year's assignments and responsibilities are given to the respective prayer Group members & leaders hands for conducting the Joint Payer a meaningful, magnificent, and unique experience
General Guidelines:
1) Each prayer Group leader is requested to propose one family from your respective prayer Group for a joint family choir formation (with 6 families from each prayer group) for that particular day. This Choir will be responsible for the song selection and singing for the Musical worship session.
2) Each Prayer Group is requested to demonstrate the Family Week theme “Together in Christ” through their creativity items. This Creativity will be displayed commonly and will be rewarded with a Prize distribution. (Example: handicraft materials such as Stitching, Candle Art, Bottle Art, Painting, etc.)
3) Each Prayer Group is requested to conduct a special program duration of 3 to 4 minutes maximum based upon the allocated respective Subtheme (Example: Group Song, Sermon, Skit, Story narration, Kids action song or any innovative ideas are acceptable)
4) At the entrance a small piece of paper will be distributed on a family basis for your Name, Contact number, and Respective Prayer Group name. Which will be later used for an unexpected precious suspense prize.

Sunday School Annual Exam – Friday, November 20, 2020
Time: 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm (Kindly note change in time of exam)
Oral : Nur 1 – Grade 4.
· To conduct the exam, teachers shall assign a time slot (in intervals of 15 minutes) for each student and inform them in advance.
· Students should join the meeting only during their assigned slots.
· Make sure that when the oral examination is conducted, only one student is present in the meeting room and in case there are other students joining, they must be placed in the waiting room.
· The Question papers shall be sent to the teachers 10 minutes before the start of exam.
Written Exam: Grade 5 and Above
· Students should take a print out (4-5 copies) of the attached “Answer Sheet” for writing the exam.
· We will be using our Church’s Zoom Platform for the conduct of the exam. Meeting ID and Password will be shared on Thursday, 19th November.
· Students and teachers should login by 12:30 pm. Each class will be assigned to a different breakout room.
· The question paper will be sent in the Zoom Chatbox 10 minutes before the start of Exam.
· Students shall download the question paper on their computer and write the answers on the printed “Answer Sheet”.
· On completion of the exam, they shall scan and upload the “Answer Sheet” (preferably in pdf format) via email or WhatsApp to the respective class teacher.
· Class teachers must ensure that they have received a clear copy of the answer sheet from the students before leaving the Zoom meeting

Dear All,
The UAE Government has declared 2017 as the “Year of Giving”. Our Church is also participating in this initiative through Labour Camp Ministry.The Labor Camp Ministry committee has identified 34 underprivileged people staying in different labour camps in Mussafah.
God willing, the inaugural program of the Labour Camp Ministry for the food making raw materials & consumable items kit distribution will be held on Friday 14th July 2017 at Mussafah Community Center immediately after the Church Service. Nothing can replace the pleasure that we enjoy when seeing the smiles and gratitude on the faces of the least privileged people.
We request the presence of all the Kaisthana Samithi members & the Parish members for this program.
